The Confidential Building project involved the installation of an upgraded cooling system to support critical infrastructure.
The existing inadequate cooling system was removed and replaced with high-efficiency computer room air conditioning (CRAC) units. The scope also included excavation and concrete pad placement for new condensing units, along with comprehensive electrical and controls upgrades. All work was completed within a highly restricted facility, with no downtime permitted, and temporary cooling systems were utilized throughout the project to maintain continuous operation. The total project value was approximately $520,000.
