The Whistler Meadows project included the removal of the existing air handling unit and remote condenser, replaced with a new high-efficiency air handling unit (AHU) to provide complete climate control for the natatorium.

The scope of work encompassed major structural upgrades, roofing modifications, and installation of new ductwork to support the new system. The project also included repiping of the geothermal loop and mechanical room to optimize system performance and integration. Electrical and controls systems were fully upgraded to ensure seamless operation and enhanced energy efficiency throughout the facility. The total project value was approximately $1.4 million.
