The Matsqui Institution project involved the installation of a new boiler plant within an existing building to provide centralized heating to multiple surrounding buildings.

The scope included a complete natural gas system upgrade across the entire Matsqui complex, encompassing more than ten buildings. All work was performed live, with no shutdowns, to ensure uninterrupted operation throughout the facility. The project involved extensive excavation, gas piping installation, and backfilling along all routes to each building, culminating in the successful transition to the new gas distribution system. The total project value was approximately $900,000.
